1.How do I make a reservation?

Orlando Premiere Transportation has three convenient ways for you to make a reservation. You may make a reservation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year online at www.orlandopremieretransportation.com. You may also speak to a reservation specialist between the hours of 8 am and 10pm EST 7 days a week by calling 407-952-4431. You may also send an email to reservations@orlandopremieretransportation.com. Confirmation to all reservation requests will be sent to you within 24 hours.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made within 72 hrs. If you cancel within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged a processing fee of $50.00. If you cancel within 24 hours, your credit card will be charged a processing fee of $100. If you cancel the day of your reservation, your entire fare will be forfeited. In the event that you are faced with circumstances beyond your control, i.e., your plane couldn’t leave the airport because of weather conditions, or you have a family emergency. Let us know as soon as possible and we will make an arrangement so you can use your credit for future travel with our company.

3. How far in advance should I book my reservation?

We strongly recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. The more time you allow us to plan for your arrival, the better we will be able to make sure that all your needs are taken care of.

4. What are your payment options?

Orlando Premiere Transportation accepts all major credit cards and cash. Credit cards that are used to hold the reservation will not be charged until 24 hours prior to your arrival. Cash is due at time of pick up. Unfortunately no personal checks will be accepted. Please keep in mind that if you decide to pay cash you will be required to pay the full fare in the event of a no show if our cancellation policy is not followed.

5. Where will meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting on time at the “meet and greet” area by baggage claim. He will be holding a sing with your name or your company name on it. In the event that you can’t locate your driver, please call our local number and our staff will immediately assist you.

6. How do we make sure you have received our online reservation?

Soon after you have completed submitting your reservation, you should receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided to us. We always recommend you review this confirmation email to see if everything is consistent with your wishes. Contact us should you have any questions or concerns by replying to your email confirmation.

7. Do I need to call to confirm my reservation before my departure?

No, it is not necessary. Please do call us immediately if you reserved online and did not receive your confirmation email or if you wish to make any changes to your original reservation.

8. Are there any fees if I decide to cancel my reservation?

Yes, cancellation fees will apply if your reservation is not cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellation fees are as follows:
50% of your total round trip reservation, 100% of your one way reservation, and 35% of all other reservations. No shows will be charged at the same percentage rate.

9. Is gratuity for my driver included in the price?

Gratuity is not included in your reservation price. Although customary in the United States, giving your driver a tip is completely at your discretion. Gratuity normally ranges 20%. Anything you wish to give is greatly appreciated by our drivers.

10. Do I need to reserve my free 30 minutes grocery stop?

Yes, please do not forget to do it on your reservation. Sometimes we work on a tight schedule; therefore this information is vital to us. If you need more than 30 minutes please don't forget to indicate it in your reservation, this way we can organize our driver's schedule appropriately. We'll charge an extra $10.00(Sedan/Van), $15.00(Escalade),and $17.50(Limousine) per every 15 minutes overtime.

11. If I am traveling with a small child will a car seat be provided?

Florida law requires all children under the age of 5 be protected with an approved and properly used child restraint device. For children under 3, Florida law requires that they be in a separate car seat.  For children ages 4 and 5, a car seat or a seat belt may be used.  Orlando Premiere Transportation is committed to the safety of our passengers.  We provide complimentary car seats if you let us know in your reservations that you need one.

12. How long before my flight departure should I be picked-up?

Your pick-up time will be scheduled 2 hours prior to your departure flight. Your driver will confirm this information a soon as you reach your destination; please make sure the return pick-up time matches the one on your confirmation. If you wish to be pick-up at a different time please call us a soon as possible and it will be changed if new time is available.

13. Is your company insured?

Orlando Premiere Transportation is fully licensed and bonded with the State of Florida. Each of our operating vehicles are insured in compliance with Florida Law. We carry $1,000,000 liability coverage on each of the vehicles we operate. Our insurance information is available inside every vehicle and can produce by our chauffeurs for inspection upon request.

14. Does your company offer shuttle service?

We do not. But remember round trips to Disney World with a shuttle are $ 29.00 per adult and $ 21.00 per child (between 4 and 11 years old). It will only be cheaper with a shuttle service if you have less than 3 adults in your party. But keep in mind, shuttles can take you up to 2 hours to reach your destination and they will not provide you with any other services other than driving you there.

15. What do I do in case of an emergency regarding my reservation?

16. What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Orlando Premiere Transportation tracks the flight status of our guests to make sure that our chauffeurs are dispatched on time.  If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur will be there for you on time at the “meet and greet” by baggage claim.  If your flight is cancelled, please give us a call so that we can obtain your new flight information and have a chauffeur waiting for you upon your arrival.
If you miss a flight or a connection you will be responsible for calling us and letting us know your new flight information as soon as your original flight departs.  Orlando Premiere Transportation will still be able to fulfill your reservation; however, additional charges may apply if we are not promptly notified.  Missing a flight or a connection is not considered a cancellation and you will be responsible for your full rate.

17. How do I change my initial reservation?

If you have to change your initial reservation please gives us a call or sends us an email and we will be happy to update your existing reservation. Please note that additional charges may apply in certain situations.
